We are looking for a Store Supervisor to help lead our London team. In this key role, you’ll support the Store Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards, and empowering the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Mission

Support daily operations and team performance

  • Ensure smooth store operations, from stock management and deliveries to cash handling and health & safety

  • Maintain high standards in product presentation, cleanliness, and organisation

  • Act as the technical point of contact for store systems and coordinate service providers when needed

  • Coach the team on operational tasks and lead by example on the shop floor

Drive commercial results

  • Support sales targets through strong stock availability, visual merchandising, and a seamless customer journey

  • Assist with product launches, in-store promotions, and guest satisfaction through attentive service

Profil

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a supervisory or senior sales role, ideally in beauty, wellness, or premium retail.

  • Strong organisational and operational skills, with confidence in stock control, cash handling, and health & safety.

  • A hands-on leader who motivates by example and supports team success.

  • Commercially aware, with a clear understanding of how operations impact sales and service.

  • Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.

  • Comfortable using Excel and digital stock systems.

  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to delivering a premium customer experience.
