Aroma-Zone is a French brand in full development, specialising in natural beauty and wellness. Guided by our values — passion, simplicity, and commitment — our mission is to empower everyone to care for their wellbeing with trust, authenticity, and respect for the living world.

Now, we are bringing this mission to the UK with the opening of our very first boutique in London.

We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead this exciting launch. As the face of Aroma-Zone in the UK, you’ll build and inspire a purpose-driven team, create a meaningful customer experience, and ensure operational excellence every day.

Mission

  • Launch and lead our UK store as a true brand ambassador

  • Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing and engaged team

  • Ensure a welcoming, educational and customer-focused store environment

  • Oversee store operations, including stock, compliance, and team scheduling

  • Develop the local brand presence within the wellness and beauty community

Profil

What we’re looking for

  • Retail leadership experience in a high-traffic environment

  • Strong people management skills (previously managed a team of 15+ people)

  • Passion for natural beauty and customer education

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for results

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and commercial acumen

  • Commitment to delivering a respectful and inclusive customer experience
